ⓡⓤⓛⓔⓢ --- parts at the bottom 1.) This is a PMV pallet MAP, so do PMV and follow the pallet. I don't feel like I have to say that. It's basically a coloursplash MAP, but I just did a pallet to make it less confusing. 2.) I want reasonably good artists, so give me an example of your art. 3.) Do your part on another programme if possible, and do not use vector unless I specifically allow you to. 4.) Be CREATIVE. Like honestly, for example, if your part said "I don't like soccer, baseball, track or field" don't draw a soccer ball and x it out, a baseball and x it out and him running and x him out. That is not creative!!! Or, if she says "I don't wanna ride a fancy car" don't draw her in a fancy car! be creative and draw her in a 20 year old jeep or something.. or not in a vehicle at all. Codeword is creativity. 5.) Do your best work. I can't believe I have to say this, but I don't want you to whip up a cheap part in 15 minutes. Make it really good! It doesn't have to be like hyper-realistic or perfect anime or disney level, but it needs to be your best. 6.) You can use fandoms, OCs, the people singing, I don't really care.People. cats, whatever. Just use some kind of life, please. I don't think a MAP part about a nail polish bottle and a latte would be very good, but if you can prove me wrong in your art examples, show me. But you would have to have special permission to do a part about non-living things. 7.) Thomas Sander's purple hair is cool i guess, but PLEASE make your people all the colors of green i specified. 8.) Animatic Style is great, totally not required though.
