Green Flag. Use Turbo Mode for near instant generation. Lower Varied Terrain Level produces smoother terrain with less variation, and vice-versa with the higher VTL. Spacing is sort of self-explanatory; so is the New button. VTL's 4 and 5 are somewhat buggy.
