so since spring break just started for me, i figured that it would be fun to just post some stuff i've been working on! nothing super coherent or anything, just character designs and whatnot, (and trying to figure out a good way to use the watercolor brush) but it's still a good time! hope you enjoy! <3 there's a quick blurb about each picture too if you want to know more about the character so that'd be pretty cool if you read it :D picture 1 -- Juno she's one of my more recent characters, and i've been trying to nail her hairstyle down for the past few weeks -- i think i've finally got it! her brother, on the other hand, is going to be more of a challenge. picture 2 -- Nova nova's another recent character -- she's a coordinator who likes to wear a lot of dresses, so all the more fun for me to draw them! i was trying to go for a spring-y look here since i'm really tired of winter. picture 3 -- Bella bella doesn't usually wear dresses but i wanted to practice drawing people sitting and wearing dresses so i just went with her -- i think it worked pretty well, though! only thing i'm not happy with is the feet, but i don't practice those much anyway. picture 4 -- Phika do i draw her too much? absolutely but i still love her. i actually never draw her wearing anything nice or the like, so this was a nice change of pace. picture 5 -- Phika (again) yeah i do draw her too much. still pretty happy with this one, though -- it was good practice with the watercolor brush. picture 6 -- Charizard!Soren a rare lineart picture (woot woot)! i've been trying to figure out her appearance as a grownup, and this was also just a good lineart practice considering i don't do much of those. picture 7 -- Samurott!Ursula finally decided on what she's going to look like (at least in terms of neck up), so that's a relief! her hat is pretty cute, in all honesty.
