Basically you click on a food and it shows how much calories. Then you click on how you want to excessive (walking, running, biking, swimming) and it show how long you have to do each to burn the calories. Click on the table to see other ways. Click the back button to go back. If you click on custom food,d enter the food's calories and then it will tell you how long to exercise.
