w o w w i e this was so much fun, i don't even know where to start ^^ i guess i'll explain some of the references on him ,, the scarf/ hankerchief around his neck represents mickey mouse's little trousers the lines all over him were supposed to represent the old fashioned glitchy TV shows? mickey mouse on his leg, pretty self explanatory and then i thought doing his tail like that would make him a little more fun and animated <3
