I only made this because I was listening to Power of "NEO" from Undertale. I was listening to the musical from Undertale The Musical that was sang by the beloved singers from Man on the Internet on Youtube. Feel free to ask me to draw anything/any character else! Maybe an animation also! This drawing reminds me of Jesse from Minecraft:Story Mode xD Its the face.
