Welcome to 8-Bit Button Masher! ( I know the name is really bad [Feel free to suggest a new one, I might change it]) This is a project where you play a game on a device based off of a GameBoy. I have been working on it for a long time, and have never really made a good game, so this is a huge step. So, enjoy, I hope I get featured, and have fun! ------------------------------Instructions---------------------------------------------- After you click the on switch, a series of panels will show up for the "Turning On" type thing. Don't try to turn it off at this point, it won't work. Once you make it to the home page, if you desire to, you can turn it off. Then you can go to a series of games. Although I only have 8-Bit Racer done, there will be more in the future. ---------------------------------------8-Bit Racer------------------------------------- 8-Bit Racer is a game where you drive a car using WASD, and try to avoid objects on the road. You can also collect Bux and Diamonds to buy upgrades, like Coin Magnet, and Faster Car, and Car Shield, and more to come in the future. The Coin Magnet makes it so Bux always stay in front of you car when they spawn. The Faster Car makes you gain +0.5 Miles for holding W, rather than 0.1. And last, the Car Shield makes it so your car has a force field for roughly 15 seconds. To access the Car Upgrades Shop, press A when in 8-Bit Racer. To exit the game press B. If you read all the way here, thank you, and comment #ImLit. anyway, leave your suggestions for the game in the comments below, and enjoy!
I made this game based off of a GameBoy. I know it's a little glitchy, but I'll fix that. ------------------------------Bugs And Glitches I KNOW Exist--------------------- 1- When you turn off the GameBoy, you can't turn it back on unless you press the flag again 2- Sometimes while playing 8-Bit Racer, your car will spin out even though you didn't crash If you find any more bugs, or glitches, tell me about them in the comments. I'm working hard to get the second and third games out, so just hold tight, and they'll be there soon. Also this was posted on 4/5/2018, Exactly one year after I joined Scratch, so this is kind of my One Year Project. Well enjoy!
