I M P O R T A N T: Unfortunately, Scratch does not provide the resources for us to make a system of custom licence plates. In other words, you can not change the licence plates provided. **Submit the custom car google form to add your own car to the CAD. The link is on the title screen of this scratch.** If you cannot do this, most games will allow you to change a car's licence plate to one from this CAD. Although, GTA V is more complicated. The following is how you can change your personal vehicle's licence plate on GTA Online. First, you must download the iFruit app from the App Store or Google Play. In the iFruit app itself, there is a mechanic app. Within this, you can add custom licence plates to Los Santos customs, witch can be applied the next time you log onto GTA online.
