mkay @AnimaterL, this is my tiny shading class (FireAlpaca) and this is a wolfy that a friend and I made sometime.. Song - Panic by Caravan Palace don't look at the costume names.. I was watching stuff that I recorded on the tv.. ~NOTE: This is mostly because @AnimaterL asked how I shaded.. == ~mkay basically everything that stands out is on a different layer (color, effects, shading, etc.) - If you're shading using airbrush (unlike me), that's gonna be on another layer too. - hmm.. for this one I made a circular gradient to help shade. I turned it into an 8-bit layer by going to the layer tab and going to convert, then I changed it back into a color layer. Afterwards, I changed the color of the gradient to a slight orange, which makes the orange-ish color around the back of the tail and by the ears. - If you're using that watercolor brush to shade (like me), then go on the internet to find the color opposite to that one on the color wheel and then use that to shade.. (https://www.sessions.edu/color-calculator/) (basically you're just coloring on top of colors) be careful about merging transparent stuff..
