most on scratch draw cats differently, with bigger ears and snouts, which makes them look somewhat a dog.... i always think they are dogs because of how they were drawn, not all dogs have the floppy ears you know! i will do a project about what i'm saying.... anyways credit to @Thorn-Loves-Papyrus! nice username i am a Papyrus fan girl if you are talking about Undertale!
