===================================================== MOONEATER THE NIGHTWING ===================================================== Name: Mooneater (reference to other book series i'm into XD) Backup Story: he was born under the light of a brightest night's moons, which is actually pretty rare, given that air around the island he lives on is full of ash so even the sunlight can't get through, much less the moonlight. this is why i added the silver, mind-reader indicating tear scale. he very much wishes he was an animus, but he knows it would only destroy him, so he's also grateful that he was born free of the curse/gift. He hates the fact that he gets so much attention for being thrice moon born, but he sees he wont have to deal with it much longer in the future, having the gift of prophecy as well as mind reading. He HAS come out of the closet, and his mom is totally fine with it. (unlike i know some people will be down in the chat D,X). He found out he was gay when he met Icarus, and TOTALLY fell for him. he was 5 when he met him and they've known each other for about six months Gender: male (AND RECENTLY CONFIRMED GAY!) Mate or Crush: Icarus Where You're From: born in the new night kingdom, the one with the volcano. he hates it there and wishes there was more to eat than the "dead things" Personality: Very enthusiastic, especially when it has to do with making trouble. Is very good at blocking the thoughts that he does not want to hear, but has trouble interpreting the visions he has every once in a while. Family: His mother raises him alone, because his father died trying to get samples of lava for an experiment he was planning. His mother is relatively nice, but he wishes his dad was still around. He is an only child. His mother and his father (when he was alive) also didn't/don't enjoy the extra attention they receive for having a thrice moon born dragonet, as Mooneater can see in their thoughts. Hobbies: LOVES to cause mischief in class. Was interested in science experiments before his father perished. He rather lost interest in the prospect after the horrible accident. Why He Should be a Dragonet of Destiny: he has heard the prophecy from the minds of other dragons, but his mother hasn't told him about it, lest he get too excited and try to run off and save the world. He genuinely WOULD like to be one, but he's not gotten his hopes up very far, because he doesn't see very many futures where he actually gets a chance to be one. The fact that he was born on a brightest night does make him eligible, though, and he's glad for that. And also, who doesn't think gay people are cool?? (besides horrible snobby homo sapiens)
