Just click where you want to place your object. Press a and s to show and hide the name of the item you are placing. Arrow keys to switch between things you can place on your park. If your thing that you placed overlaps something thats at the bottom of it, just add the thing that is overlapped again. -That sounds wrong for me but I hope you understood it.
