Hold the space button+ the left click button on your mouse and move your 'pencil' around to draw. If you want to delete your work press 'b' to do so.
NOTE: At the first click, a line will be made. I'm sorry about this. Please don't let it get in your way. This is my first animation and i don't have a lot of experience on Scratch. Please don't hate!
