In order to make night vision, you have to follow these easy steps. First, you have to make a sprite with the code blocks "when this sprite is clicked" and "broadcast message ()" under "Events". Then, make a message called "Night Vision" by clicking the dropdown arrow on the block. Then, you go to the bottom of the stage and to the left of Scratchcat. Click the rectangle. When the perimeter turns blue, you go to the Backdrops tab, and then you make backdrops by pressing the paintbrush in backdrop. Make sure that one is a dark color to imitate a dark area by pressing the paint can to the left of the backdrop and pressing a dark color on the color selector below the backdrop that you want to color in. Finally, add sprites by pressing the little Giga at the bottom of the stage and select your sprite. Press ok, and move the sprite to where you want it to be. Go to the Scripts tab and add the code blocks "When green flag is clicked" under "Events", "hide" under "Looks", "when I receive ()" under "Events" and "show" under "Looks". To change the backdrop, you add "switch backdrop to ()" under "Looks" to "hide" and "show" and for the "switch backdrop to ()" block under the "when I receive()" block to the backdrop that isn't a dark color. Do a test run by pressing the sprite and the green flag to make sure that everything is running smoothly. When you do this, you can now make night vision in your games. This will be very helpful when you are making FNAF fan-games. I hope that this has been helpful. Press the Green Flag to see example of night vision
