In an unknown ecosystem, there lives a large, unknown organism. This organism's life functions are supported by many species of unidentified, symbiotic bacterium species known as bacterium-verdium, bacterium-aquarius, and bacterium-rutilus, which are named for their color. These bacteria live in harmony with the creatures, breaking down harmful substances and digesting waste. However, the larger organism lives in a bio-hostile environment where it is susceptible to the infection of a harmful bacterium known as streptococcus-mortem, named after the Terran bacterium it resembles in function and hostility towards larger organism's. There origin is unknown, but they do have a slight connection to the protist paramecium, as they are capable of hunting down and killing the symbiotic bacteria as prey. This bacterium poses a threat to the organism, as it kills off the vital bacteria needed for the organism's life. However, with a combination of the bacterium's plasmids, along with a chemical produced by the organism's immune system, which is harmless to streptococcus mortem, A new mutated plasmid known as the B-Plasmid has formed. They are formed near large groups of bacterium, and their surface is lethal to the streptococcus-mortem. They have also evolved so that if the B-Plasmid is exposed to the toxins of the Streptococcus-mortem for enough time, their surface will become unstable, making them more dangerous and causing them to split into new B-Plasmids. Though this defense is very effective, it doesn't stop the Streptococcus-mortem from inflicting havoc upon the symbiotic bacteria and the organisms natural vessels for delivering vital materials, known has inter-particles. However, if an entire population of bacterium is wiped out, small assexually produced particles will soon reformulate into new bacterium. However, this can also be said for the Streptococcus-mortem, which will mature faster than the symbiotic bacterium. Whatever happens to either of these microorganisms can only be told by time. There have recently been some new discoveries in this micro ecosystem. As an intelligent programmer, it is your job to figure out what is new, and what is the purpose of everything
This was just a small thing I was working on in my free time. It has no real purpose, unless you like artificial biological scenarios.I just posted it because, why not. Hope you enjoy Here's a little game you can play: Observe the ecosystem for a minute or more, the post your results in the comments. A good scientist conducts experiments over and over again to prove his theory's and hypotheses. What do you infer will happen after a minute? Post that as well.
