Many dogs are abused because they are 'bad'. The truth is, they are good dogs, they just need to be loved by someone. I know because I have seen Oliver and other dogs like him, in person. My family and I fostered Oliver and his 'sister', Lucy, for a while. They now have good homes where they are loved and taken care of.
