So, yeah today was the day of silence. Since one of my best friends is gay, I spent the whole day silent, unless you count writhing on paper to communicate as talking. I just wanna say that if your be bullied cause of things like this, just like my bestie, don't listen to them. They can't tell you how to feel, love is love. That's the beauty of human nature. that everyone is different. That some people like everyone they meet, some people like just their gender, some people like both genders, and some people just like the opposite gender. It's beautiful because especially in this day and age we can chose who we love, no matter who they are (unless their a serial killer maybe then people will judge you). Their are boys on my bus who think this kind of stuff is funny and I hate it. I believe that a few kids should not put people down, but words hurt. Think before you act, and maybe you will make someones day. I chose those flags because the rainbow flag represents the whole community (not just people who are gay), and Bi and trans because it doesn't matter what gender you are you can chose to be these things. I have grown up around gay people. My dad works at a theater need I say more. Well my neighbors across the street were lez, they did break up right before the wedding day I believe. My two besties are gay and pan. I just wanted to post this project to tell everyone that the silence, can be over as long as you chose it to be. Because as humans we have the choice. You can chose who you love, and who you wanna be. What you do and how you spend your time and money. Because in the end it's your choice no one else.
