SAP = Singers/Animators Project Hi there! So, only just recently did I become fairly obsessed with Grace VanderWaal (not as much as Taylor Swift, don't worry, XD). So... I decided to host an MSAP (Multiple Singers + Animators Project) featuring my favorite Grace VanderWaal song, Clay. I have chosen the song Clay because lately, I have been feeling really sad about something that is happening between me someone who I thought was my best friend IRL. This song has made me feel so much better because it made me realize that I can't let my ex-bff's words hurt me anymore. I can't let her determine what I become in the future. "I'm not clay." Clay is an amazing song that spreads an amazing message. And it has inspired me and lifted my spirits, so I decided that I want to help spread Grace's message and positivity! This MSAP is about just not letting any negativity get to you. Just ignoring everyone's harsh words both IRL and on Scratch. I hope you get as inspired as I did by this song! Below are the rules and the parts will be in the Notes and Credits section. Rules: - The code word is "grace" - All parts/thumbnail entries MUST be a remix! - When you sing, please try to stay on the same key as the song. Thanks! - Only one singing or animation part per person. (This rule is subject to change. I've made 2 exceptions already XD This rule isn't very tight...) - If you want a singing part, please provide me 1-2 links with examples of your singing in your comment. - If you want an animation part, please provide me 2-3 links with an example of your animation skills in your comment. - If I have invited you to join the MSAP, the previous two rules do not apply to you. - Please do not animate in the backdrops. - If you have a singing part, please do not use background music (sing acapella) and try to stay on tempo with the actual song. Thank you! :) - Deadline is 3 weeks after I give you the part, 1 week if you have a singing part. - 2 sprites would be ideal, 3 sprites I might be able to let go, but please try to make it 2. - A watermark is not required but would be helpful. - The REAL code word is "Support". The first one you see is fake.
I'm so sorry this took FOREVER, it's been a really busy time of year for me (is it just me, or do teachers always find six months worth of work for us to do in the last two months of the year?) At my school my class was once shown a video about the dangers of social media, and one thing they addressed in it was how once you post something, it is never really lost. This was presented as a girl who puts a photo up at school, but changes her mind later and tries to 'tear it down,' but another poster pops up in its place. This was how I chose to interpret the lyrics.
