The legend of scratchland. my 6th game!!! :) ------MUST READ DESCRIPTION----- during the game, DONT press any keys if not directly told to do so. if something says "press H", then press it, but dont press it before that or after that, or else it will ruin the game this game is about you, and scratchy the cat, going on a wonderful adventure through the land of scratchland. you must destroy the evil bugs in the game and de-bug the code to save scratchland!!! this is a interactive story. and it has LOTS OF READING in it. so be prepared to have 70% of the game be text..... at least its interesting. if there are any grammar issues, im sorry, i needed to finish the game on the day im writing this sentence. i will try to fix any errors on a later date. :)
well, I always wanted to do an interactive story, but I guess I was really inspired by @clickoman 's "adventure with clickoman" game. its glitched now but it was awesome back then. the glitch happens with the "ask () and wait" blocks. they just don't seem to do anything after you wrote the right answer. like for example, ask () and wait wait until answer = () if answer = () say () for () seconds ----------- but its not saying it this seems to be happening with most interactive story's I've played. but until then, I'm gonna use my number + letter combo system for the time being ----- UPDATE LOG----- - 17 May 2018, finished the game while adding many more missions - 17 May 2018, renamed title from "happy birthday scratch" to "legend of scratchland" -April 17 2019, changed the location of the locations list to make the text clearer.
