I added two main things - actual 3Dness, letting you rotate around two of the three axes (x and y axes) and changing the stars so there are now normal main sequence stars, red giants and bright blue, high energy stars. The purple thingies looked cool so I left them in :P Disclaimer: I know the milky way is actually a barred spiral galaxy. Maybe I'll add that some time. This is a kind of elliptical galaxy...Maybe I should check on my trusty Hubble tuning fork diagram :)
