This was an android emulator I was working on, but unfortunately Scratch 3.0 broke it. The camera function used to actually work, and I was planning on taking advantage of that technology to make this an actually-usable phone, but sadly that did not happen.
I apologize if I used any of your code in this project. This was made quite some time ago and I have forgotten where I found the now-broken tech for the camera function.
