S P A C E B A R & F U L L S C R E E N reshared Rii-muu Tribe - Otherwise known as the water tribe, this tribe tends to 'go with the flow' (if you'll forgive the pun). Like water, they strike fast, and can drag you under. They are also the most secluded and often will push others aside or give the other tribes the 'cold shoulder'. Their temperament is always cool, but can 'come to a boil' quickly. They are also the youngest tribe of the tribes. Capital City: Zaida Anica-Zaasu Tribe - Also known as the fire tribe, they tend to 'flare up' in battle, especially their tempers. They tend to attack first and won't stop for anyone or anything to get at what they want. Some members of the Rii-muu tribe have been able to get reason into them, but, even then, they still have 'fiery' tempers. They also tend to hold grudges and will immediately try for vengeance when wronged. *EDIT 2019* They are the warlike and more military-oriented of all the tribes. Capital City: Volaris Bochaan Tribe - The eldest of the tribes, mysterious except for the knowledge that some of their own bear magic within themselves. Only those with violet eyes have some ability with magic, and more than most. Those with magic are both respected and feared among the other tribes, and rightfully so. Capital City: Borealis Cae-Rinsu Tribe - Also known as the forest and plains of Naae-Sai, these people are somewhat nomadic, and tend to travel from place to place within their borders. They are fierce fighters, and will defend themselves quickly. It is considered unwise to confront one in their homeland, as they are probably deadliest there, but it is only rumored. *EDIT 2019* They are also are more pacifists, but great fighters. They enforce their laws about murder very strongly. Capital City: Fallan Naaen Tribe - The seafarers of the tribes, those that come from here have the most ports and the best trade available. They have control of majority of the islands, except, the furthest north one. Although it is their island, they avoid it as much as possible, as there was once a ton of bloodshed there. They enjoy the open ocean, and have the best sets of sea legs there are. *EDIT 2019* They are well-known for trade, and are quite interestingly trade-oriented. A lot revolves around trade for Naaen. Capital City: Rimhawe/Saltmere Nomads - Aeromancing nomadic peoples who trade between all of the tribes, accepted by all, feared only by bandits. Do not mess with members of this tribe. They're the ones to go to for peace treaties and the meetings of the Council of Seers. Capital City: Alz-Buran ROLES IN TRIBES: Chieftain - leader of the tribe Elder - advisor to chieftain Warrior - fighter of the tribe Healer - know herbal remedies and heal wounds. Rarely fight *EDIT* It's rare, but a healer from Cae–Rinsuu may be able to heal with magic and be assisted by herbs. Assassin - hidden killers who bow only to their chieftain, or whomever pays them to do their job Hunter - hunt the food for the tribe. Often used as archers, as their marksmanship is stunning Farmer - grows most of the food *Magician - magic-users from Bochaan. They do nothing other than the work of scholars, and develop new spells, or find out the oldest ones. Seer - Those who can see the future. Not fortunes, but they do have visions of the future and will tell those it affects after they see them. One per Tribe, but the mixed breeds tend to have one as well, so there are at least 12 accounted for. Rogue - hideaways. They stay away from everyone, and never join anyone except for others of their group. Usually are the defectors from the tribes, or the ones who were banished.
Everything but the music is mine. (go inside to hear "nawheat" used in a phrase) https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/5079786/comments/ "Keep your blade sharp, your wits sharper, and your body the sharpest. Dull your tongue, but none of the rest, or death will come upon you. Your tongue can be a death-sentence, if you are not careful." - Code of the Tribes. *Also, just a little side note, there is one city - Rimhawe - that constantly changes between being in Naaen and Cae-rinsu, based only on the time of year. It's on the northern order of Naaen and Cae-Rinsu. It's the summer capital of Naaen* **Common slang used by all tribes (there are some that are exclusive to certain tribes, but these are the main ones): "Naks!" - slang for dung "Beastix!" - used for name-calling "Ao." - used when in pain, or injured to call out "Quael!" - term for the place of death Used for Rii-muu exclusively: "Asforax." - Another word for donkey or oaf. "Naakan Kaerisan." - Usually muttered in insult to outsiders Used for Anica-Zaasu exclusively: "Nawheat." Even then, it's only the more common slang. They use other words, like these below: "Abast!" - slang for dung "Ciaobea!" - used for name-calling "Poagnh." - used when in pain, or injured to call out "Woben!" - term for the place of death And the rogues use all of them... Including (exclusively): "You clod!" - insult
