Slow online DX. This is probably my first contest where I had to draw something. Not bad, eh? I'm usually not good at drawing Pokemon. But I guess I'm okay at drawing Glaceon. I like how this turned out ^^~ I mean, the effects, the shading, and the drawing itself. I mean, I did look at a picture of Glaceon to see how to draw it. But It helped :3.
