As you can tell from the name, this is a game based off of Luigi's Balloon World from Super Mario Odyssey. How to play: use WASD or arrow keys to move. The balloon will be more visible if you are close. Select a balloon from the list or enter a "balloon code." Then you can find your friend's balloons. Your "rating" will go up the more balloons you find.
All credits go to Nintendo for the balloon world idea. There are some glitches, but I'm working on those!
