This opens the connection. 2 - select frequency /\ | "lo" frequency (very slow connection) <> | "md" frequency (slow connection) SEE NOTE \/ | "hi" frequency (fast connection) The screen will display your selection. You can change it in the next five seconds. NOTE: when selecting "md", hold down both buttons until two clicks are heard, or the system begins dialing. 3 - select article All headlines have an article. Press "1" "2" or "3" for the article from headline "1" "2" or "3" respectively. 4 - shutting off the device Press the "STOP" [red octagon] button. This terminates the connection. 5 - rebooting the device If you've decided that the frequency and your connection are not well balanced, shut off and restart the device.
