Click the "Green Flag" to start, The cars don't stop for you at the crosswalk so try to get across the road to the other side without getting hit by a car. When you get to the other side touch the edge and you'll get bounced to the other side to try again. If you touch a car you lose a life and start over. P.S the notes and credits has a joke in there :)
