If you would like you game reviewed check out: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/22680548/ Creator: @venomous-squirrel Project link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/20414299/ This game is a fun tactical RPG, full of turn based potential! Gameplay: One of my disappointments for this game is the slow paced gameplay, having to slowly activate turns, waiting for you slimes to finish performing the attack. The game does have a very good achievement system, and very nice animations. There are cutscenes where a slime is briefing you about the challenge ahead, which add to the gameplay, making it more user interactive. You can choose characters and summon "pets", making this a more diverse experience from player to player. Presentation: The game has simplistic, but nice graphics, and as mentioned excellent animations for some attacks. Change of scenery would be nice, although the forrest has a nice ambient and fantasy aspect to it. The game in it self is fun, but not original, as all the enemy slimes are similar. I would like to see different shapes and sizes for these opponents, for example: a bulky ogre slime, or stealthy thief slime. Health, instead of being presented in numbers, could benefit form a health bar. Audio: The games music is good, but doesn't tie in with the setting, for example if you entered an evil layer the music would not start playing folk guitar would it? Of course this an exaggeration as I did enjoy the music, but I thought that if done properly, the music could be the strong point of the game. Otherwise the game is silent and could benefit from small sound effects like rumbles or comical ouches coming form the baddies. Overview: + Fun graphics +Great user interface =Average coding, as it does not include many complex functions =Repeating song -Slow paced action -little plot or sound effects 7.5/10 - good work!
