Today (June 7th 2018) Orbital ATK is Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems they were bought by Northrop Grumman they used to own Pegasus, Antares, Cygnus, should have owned OmegA and the Minotaur rocket family. Orbital ATK was a great rocket company.
