For mine, most of the time it is in-sync, but sometimes it is not. The character silhouettes were made by me (if you don't believe you can go inside and look for yourself). How I lip-synced: I played the original video at 0.25 speed and paused the video every time the mouth moved. Then I'd draw a mouth as close to the one in the video as possible. Also, for one of the backdrops (the one with David), I didn't put in the tree in the background. It was too hard to draw.
