ALL CREDIT BELONGS TO ME! I wrote this poem, so if you are going to use it for anything, please credit me! Poem: A candle flickered through the night on this dark day in Winter. It tried to be lit, but it couldn't be done, for this light could do nothing but shiver. The wax was dripping from the flame, the light it was trying to remember. The trembling in the hands, the cold in its feet The light was almost gone, darkness it was about to meet. But it stayed strong, and lasted through as far as you can say But time was only an enemy, and now time was running away. A soul rotting, decaying, its time was almost up. It took its final breathes and took a bow, its life inside the cup. And now it was gone, gone forever it's soul sold to a mess You could say what happened was the blood-thirsty gates of the Doors of Death.
