The moon actually travels around the Earth at a slightly cuved angle. That's why eclipses don't happen all the time. Solar eclipses are more rare than lunar eclipses so it's lucky to see one. But make sure you have special solar eclipse glasses. Just click if you want to see solar eclipse or lunar eclipse. After that it's pretty self explanatory. Also demo is demonstration it you don't know. Wait a few seconds on the demonstration and it will show what it looks like from Earth.
