One of my biggest pet peeves about young artist drawing sylveon, vaporeon, and umbreon: 1. Vaporeon doesn't have the small things on its back, and lacks details 2. Sylveon's bows are colored in incorrectly, but the artist don't care to change it 3. No.. Mostly people use the shiny form, and don't use rings around the paws.
