done! this took two and a half hours to do ^^' i really like this character and i think it is very unique :> i really hope i win him :3 i named him lugia because when i was drawing him and doing the lineart, my sister said, "that looks like lugia the pokemon!" and i was like, "no it doesn't" and she was like "it kind of does" and i was like "hmmm if i win him, ill name him lugia" and she was like "yay" so boom yea that's how it happned
