I also positioned the eye and the drew it. I fixed the circle. I didn't erase anything, just added 3) Lineart! 2 images are shown, one with the sketch and one without. When I do linear, I put the sketch one layer on top the one I'm working on and then trace it. Don't worry, it gets better with color. 4) Base Colors! I simply paint bucket areas. 5) This is my final stage. I shaded underneath the birdo's wings and I added the detail of the cloud boots since I disliked the legs alone.
