The Scarecrow and Deathsong are both demented creatures. Scarecrow is a mummy-like humanoid cat with black wings and a Moon Scythe. Deathsong is mummy-like humanoid dragon (and is part spider) with white wings (tipped with red and black), and also has Moon Scythe.
