The Story- Fernlight grew up in RiverClan but didn't know who her real mother was. Troutfur was her father and Lilyblossom acted as her mother. She hunted and trained in RiverClan not knowing that her mother was just over the stream in ThunderClan. She had to earn her Clanmates trust because know one knew Troutfur was Fernlight's father, they thought her parents where rogues. Hollypool of ThunderClan was her real mother. One day, once again, the two Clans were fighting over Sunningrock. Fernlight fought Hollypool and killed her. Troutfur stared at her in horror. Fernlight felt heavy, heavy stones in her stomach. Moons later Fernlight still felt them, to try to make them go away she took a nap. She dreamed; it was a StarClan dream. Fernlight dreamed she was on the Sunningrocks, with the river flowing past. Hollypool stepped out of the shadows, young and pretty. She whispered into Fernlight's ear, "I love you my daughter, even though you sent me to StarClan. I am your mother Fernshade I will always love you." Fernshade couldn't belive her ears. Now everything made cents! But, it was the tragic truth. Fernshade killed her own mother. Now everyday when she's alone Fernshade cries for her dead mother. She cries when she hunts, when she sleeps, and many more. Fernshade cries until she joined StarClan, killed in a fight for Sunningrocks. Even then she cries, tears of joy for knowing her real mother and the thought being reunited with her.
