I decided that she seemed like a twisted showman (woman?) and that she needed a top hat, bow, and staff. I decided she needed a vibrant, punchy, borderline eye-bleeding colour palette, but she also needed to be simple enough to animate, cell shade, and draw. It wouldn't be hard for someone to fanart of this character, or draw frame after frame in animation. If that makes any sense. Anyways, I really hope the colouring contest hasn't been abandoned, as its been open for like a year. ;-;
