Then multiply it by .01 (move the decimal two places to the left). Pick any teams you like, they don't have to be in the current World Cup for this to work.

The project sets a strength quotient for the teams using a complicated algorithm of overall team rating plus superstar rating divided by the "favorite" value. Then it either weakens or strengthens the overall strength for each team for each match that it simulates. It's all very complicated. Not really.
