CC RESULTS: I apologize for procrastinating NOTES ON EACH PROJECT: @TourmaIine: Don't put yourself down so much! You may think that you're not so great, and while there are some things you can work on, I was astounded by the amount of detail put into your entry! @IncredileNyan1: Originally, I thought that this was made in scratch, but it apparently wasn't, and I love it anyways! I like the idea you portrayed of the happiness and sadness sides, and how the girl is on the sadness(not sure if that last bit was intentional but who cares). @saltysoul: Okay seriously what else do I need to say except that this is REALLY GOOD - @UnicornTaco123: This is awesome! The only thing that really kept this from being in the top entries were some color choice issues, but your background skills are awesome! @TheGoldenFalconFox: Again, SO CLOSE to being in the top entries. The only thing that really kept it from that was the weird and unsubtle use of effects, but the character was designed beautifully! @ThunderPaw123: Great job! I love the extra half you added onto the lineart to make it look like a distorted window to represent Chara and Frisk! @-Monika- Don't judge me for being DDLC trash But seriously, I saw like 3 or 4 different DDLC-themed entries, but yours was the only one that actually demonstrated you knew what you were doing with color choice and shading. Also just Monika @justanewgirl: This one I debated on for the longest time whether to put in the top entries, but unfortunately you didn't make the cut. that doesn't mean I didn't like your entry, though. In fact, I love it! Your color palette blends perfectly together, but leads back to the most important part, which is the face. @FluffyDoggos4: Nice job! The shading was a bit rough, but doesn't take away from the experience! : I was debating for so long where to put this: first it was in the MP entries, then it was in the HMs, but it ended up in 5th place. Congrats! : This entry, while the shading and color choice weren't extraordinary(not bad though, just average), you added quite a bit to the design. : This is where the true battle for the top began. This entry specifically, while the shading was kinda off, still used dark greys to its advantage, minimizing color while maximizing appeal of the design. : This and the entry were both amazing, but this came in second just because of some awkward shading, though minimal at best. Another example of minimizing colors but still making it look really polished and well-made. : wHOA That's all I really need to say on this.
REQUESTS: I apologize for anyone who ended up with garbage art NOTES ON EACH PROJECT: @_Citrus_: As I may have stated before, this was the first on I completed, and one of the few that I'm actually proud of where the quality didn't destroy the image. @Akouo: This is garbage I apologize but I guess I already said I was bad at perspective so yeah But I get you get a firsthand look at what a not-good art study looks like! Sorry I redid this like 3 times and just gave up and went along with the garbage lineart I had @Sprinkl- Sorry another garbage drawing By the time I was done with halfway through drawing Chat Noir I realized how garbage this drawing was, but I couldn't really redo it without scrapping it @Glimmeringstar: Yay, familiar territory! Unfortunately, I accidentally made the canvas WAY too large and Scratch butchered the image, so it's really pixely. Does anyone know if we're allowed to post imgur links in here? I uploaded a better quality version of the image on there, but I don't want to get banned for linking an image. @Elephant7307: When you originally described it, you said "a" Varian, and I was like, "What on Earth is a Varian?" But then you said it was the Tangled character and that made a whole lot more sense. @InnocenceInABottle: "I call it... the Humingbird! With the first half pronounced like 'human' and the second pronounced like 'hummingbird'!"
