Summary: Rainbow Dash sees her idols, they brush her off as just as just another fan, but she finds a a Wonderbolt Academy flier and decides to pursue her dreams, even though twilight knows the snooty attitude all the Wonderbolts seem to have. Rainbow insists and leaves for the academy anyway. Spitfire drills her into taking the academy seriously and her friends all miss her while she's gone. At the academy Rainbow learns to do anything to win, i.e. knocking others out of the sky. Scootaloo comes to cheer on her hero but Rainbow gives her the same cold shoulder all the Wonderbolts do, ultimately destroying her loyalty to her friends and discording her.
