Click the green flag twice, especially if you're using Firefox Quantum! It has a compatibility issue with Flash that causes Scratch 2.0 projects to not load their sounds quickly enough.
Thanks to @Keilo75 for the intro and outro templates! I'll be using these in my projects from now on! The intro music is extracted from Intro 127 from Velosofy, reversed and rearranged. The outro music is Slow Motion from Bensound. (And yes, this is all royalty free with credit given.)
