yayeet boys note: "times" is the number of attempts it took before you got to your percentage so uh i was just wondering how much times would i have to (theoretically) go through in order to get the 10% chnace of encountering a rare pokemon like bagon or something, so i searched up bulbbapedia which gave me the percentage of 10%, so i though "oh hey i wonder how much times would i take me to get a bagon if i kept persisting (theorectically)" so i whipped this up in 30 minutes yayeet
my brain oh also theres a bnch of glitches but those r mainly intentionally fdone if u get them like dont go over 100% in percentage and dont make the denominator lesser than the numerator unless you want the whole thing to go coming down in shambles this is just a test (funfact this is all one string of code)
