This one was harder to make since I had nearly any ideas! But here is Cody,or should I say TechnoGeek! His superpowers are the fact that he can build any super technological device from the simplest of things and for any situation to stop the bad guys! His lair is full of TVs where he gets easy access to the security cameras of the town to check it 24/7! In that way he always knows when and where a crime is being committed and always ready to prevent the bad guys!
