If you're wondering how I do the shading, I use cel shading. I draw the shadow on a different layer, then I set the layer to multiply. Lower the opacity, and you've got some ok-ish shading. (That's why sometimes my art has a red or blue tint, it's the color I shaded with.) This tutorial (I guess) is for programs with layers. If you want to see how I work without layers, comment below!
