I recommend turning the volume up...
Made completely by me. Coding by me. Song by me. Art pretty much by me. I did trace the umbrella from a some creator, so that goes to them. I used a reference for the boots, but modified them a lot, so that was mostly me. I used Painter Essentials 6 to make the windowsill and background. I think it's a bit like FireAlpaca. Maybe. (I've never seen FireAlpaca, only its results.) I'd like to thank @palstar14 for first suggesting it to be featured, and after @LittleRedWagon and @Scaled04 BOTH helped out and also suggested it, I'm happy happy happy to say that it was added.
