The Robot Masters were created to assist people in everyday jobs . Dr. Wily , Dr. Lights assistant , was jealous of Dr. Light . So he stole all of the Robot Masters and reprogrammed them to do his bidding . If the world's governments did not make Dr. Wily their ruler , he would unleash the power of the Robot Masters on the world . Rock a peaceful house keeping robot could not stand seeing this happen . So Rock having a strong sense of justice , had Dr. Light convert him into a SUPER FIGHTING ROBOT MEGAMAN ! To face the evil Dr. Wily .
