Just watch READ INFORMATION HERE FIRST To become a scratcher, you have to order: Shared enough projects or have enough comments or have enough form posts and been on scratch for a certain length of time. If you do these then you will be upgraded to a "Scratcher" Instead of "New Scratcher".
When your a new scratcher, you find these annoying: 1. Can't delete their posts 2. Can't edit their posts after the first page load 3. Can't post images 4. Can't post clickable links (unless they are to pages on the Scratch Website) 5. They actually have the 120 (not 600) second rule, rather than the 60 second rule (well.. in scratch 2.0) 6. Can't use cloud data 7. Have to wait 30 seconds between comments
