Anarcho Capitalism is a capitalist anarchist ideology based around a peaceful, voluntary society. Taxation as carried out by the government is theft. The only reason a lot of citizens pay taxes is because "they have to." If you don't pay taxes, you will have violence committed against you. Your property will be stolen at gunpoint, or you will be kidnapped and locked in a cage. We do NOT live in a free society. You might say, "Well how else will we fund services that the government gives us?" Free markets. Roads are already built by private companies hired by the state. If an individual wants to build a road, he will hire a paving company to build a road. If you want to travel on the road, you can pay a membership fee or something to that effect. Another common problem people have is "Well how are we supposed to afford all these services?" It's simple, no taxes. You are losing 30%-40% of your income to taxes. Money wasted by the government on useless, absolutely useless things. The TSA spent 1.4 million dollars on an app that randomly point left or right. Without losing our money to wasteful things like those, we can decide for ourselves what services we want to utilize and pay for only what we use. Another question is about law. There would be one universal law of the land. The Non Aggression Principle (NAP). This is basically the idea that any violence, coercion, theft, etc directed at another person is wrong, and violence is only permitted in self defense, whether that might be defending another, yourself, or your country. The government monopoly of police would be abolished. Things like police brutality would not be an issue, because any company that provides a bad service in a free market will quickly collapse. People simply won't pay for the services. We already have private security forces that people hire instead of counting on the unreliable police. They would enforce the NAP and protect people from violence. Courts also would be privatized. The privatization of police, courts, and military sounds frightening at first, but when you break it down, it becomes quite more appealing than government monopolies on these important services. If you have compelling evidence that someone stole from you, you can take it to a private court and present it. If the jury agrees that something was stolen, they can request the thief to come to court and make reparations. If he doens't, they mark his name on a criminal database. Almost all companies check people against databases like these before hiring, and no one will hire a thief. Anyone who has the thief in his employ will get an alert that he is a thief, and will be fired. No one will hire a thief. But if the thief comes to court and pays back what he stole, his name will be removed. There are ways to punish criminals without violating the NAP. The term "justice" and "punishment" as performed by the state are just euphemisms for revenge. If an individual was to get together a group of people and present evidence that "Bob" killed "Sally", and people agreed, so they set out a notice to capture Bob at any cost, then kidnapped him or executed him, they would be charged with crimes. Why can the state do what an individual cannot? The government is still comprised of people. "Justice" is just a euphemism for revenge. Anyway I'm done for now, I might update it later.
I seriously doubt anyone will even see this, but feel free to read and disagree with me or agree in the comments. I'm open for debate. This is by no means a complete dissection of anarcho capitalism, just my little rant composed in like 10 mins heck the state
