Hi! This isn't the first MAP I've ever hosted, but hopefully this will be the first ever completed MAP haha. First off, I'm well aware that this isn't the most original MAP, as someone else on Scratch did this one, but this is going to be a completely different MAP. I have a small script I would like to be followed, but here are the rules! 1. FOLLOW THE COLOUR PALETTE! I understand using other colours for shading, but PLEASE stick to any of the colours used in the project. 2. In order to enter, you must comment below with the keyword and your best animation. Sorry, but if you just started animating a few days ago, I have all rights to decline your request to be in the MAP. If I don't reply after a week, it's pretty likely that you didn't get the part, and I'm sorry. 3. No gore please. This is a fun, summer-y MAP. Only foam sword and pillow fights. 4. Please dress your character in a summer-y outfit. I've provided some examples in the project. 5. Humans and furries allowed, but please no fandom characters. OCs and adopts only, please! 6. Please open this project to see all of the colour palettes, guidelines, etc. 7. This is a 1 WEEK MAP. I will give you an extension if you need one, but that will only be for a week. If you need more than 2 weeks, this map isn't for you. Sorry. 8. If you have zero idea what to animate, and need help, look up the music video for Dua Lipa- New Rules, and it should give you some cool ideas. ;) 9. Please don't use any effects like ghost, colour, pixel, etc. It clogs up the coding, and makes the completed MAP very laggy. Also please limit yourself to 3 sprites and 1 background. (Keyword is icepop.) 10. I highly suggest you start your MAP part right after I approve your entry. 11. If you're going to do a more of a PMV part, please add some moving parts. If your OC is hitting a volleyball, please make it move somehow. 12. I will do my best to remind you about your part, but it is your responsibility to finish it. 13. If it's been a week and you haven' finished your part, I demand a WIP, or else you're booted. I understand that school is starting for most people, but if you're just lazy and put zero effort into your part, I will either ask for a redo or most likely, put your part back up for grabs. 14. This isn't on a first-come first-serve basis. I will have backups open, but once everything's taken, there's really nothing I can do for you. 15. plz plz plz stick to the colour palette 16. There might be a few things I tweak on your project in the finished MAP, but this doesn't mean that I hate it or don't like it. It just means that I want the MAP to run as smoothly as possible. 17. Please follow the script. A LOT is open for interpretation, but I do want the general MAP to follow a guideline. 18. If you just went to the bottom to search for the keyword, go look again. ;D
SCRIPT In a bedroom 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7 @xxlittleJayxx Leaving Room to go to the pool party 8. 9. At the pool party. It's very lively. The barbecue's going, music is pumping, everyone's having a great time, swimming, dancing, eating, and drinking. 10. 11. JUMPS INTO POOL 12 13 playing volleyball or swimming, or just having fun in the pool 14 15. 16. gets out of pool and gets food 17. 18 19 big 'ol chomp on food 20 21 22 chatting with friends 23 general partying, having fun, yanno 24 25 26 27 28 29 IMPORTANT: When the character dives into the pool, the whole colour palette changes, and the animation should be very fluid, watery, and will take a lot of effort to animate. The animator for parts 30 and 31 should be more experienced. 30 31 The character swims downwards, and at the bottom, they actually break the surface.
