I'm trying to raise awareness to stand up to this dreadful act. It may not make a difference. These words might not matter. But I know that I care about animals enough to do this. Animals are a reminder of the beauty that this world has to share with us. Certain domestic animals provide food, so thank them whenever you eat. They're also companions that keep you company when you're afraid or lonely. They let you know we're not alone. The animals in this slide are only a few of the species affected by illegal animal trade. Caged, misunderstood, confused, all of the words can be used to describe these animals. Who knows if the illegal animal trade can be stopped? All of the products of the illegal animal trade were once a living, breathing, creature. It breaks my heart to see them so mistreated. Most animals belong in the wild, free, and natural. I hope these words can make a difference.
